Under 13 Blue 30/4

Dan here filling in for Frommy for our under 13 div 2 team.  Our first game of the season was played this week at home against Caloundra. The boys have been absolutely ripping it up at training and that took that energy into the game with the whole team up and firing early. Throughout the game Brock and Emmett really set the scene for the importance of holding our structure. And we had lots of ball going into the  forward 50 with full forward Cooper getting plenty of shots on goal.

We took the opportunity in the second half to move the boys around and show the versatility which is one of the true strengths that this team has. In what was a commanding a goal 13 to zero goal zero win.  Isaac picked up the inaugural coach's Choice Award for the spirit and effort in which he played. There is a big game next week away at Kawana and they look to be a strong team. So go the breakers
